1. Introduction

Welcome to HR HotelApp. By accessing or using our mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By using this platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. User Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings

All hotel bookings made through HotelApp are subject to availability and confirmation. Booking confirmation will be sent via email or in-app notification after successful payment.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

HotelApp does not store your card or UPI details. Razorpay handles all transactions as per RBI guidelines.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By booking a room, you agree to the terms mentioned there.

7. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are defined by the respective hotels and may vary. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8. No-Show Policy

Failure to check-in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

9. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform, provide false information, or engage in illegal activities. Any violation may result in account suspension without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

HotelApp acts only as a booking platform. We are not responsible for hotel service quality, staff behavior, or facilities provided by the hotel.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of bookings or payments shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India only.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.
